Cisper Builds Positive Momentum with New Partnerships and Projects
Cisper Electronics, an international distributor of UHF RFID and BLE products and systems looks back positively at 2021, despite the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. With a productive year in 2021, the focus in 2022 lies on new partnerships and projects to keep the positive momentum going. Company growth is expected to increase by 10-20 percent in 2022.
A Positive Build Up from 2021
The beginning of 2021 was challenging, as the industry was, and continues to be under the drastic impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic. However, Leon de Ridder, Sales Director at Cisper reflects positively on the year 2021: “2021 was actually a good year for us. Although it did start off slowly in terms of business and sales, we saw an increase in business from March onwards. In fact, we also worked with a partner in Slovakia on an RFID subway project.” In 2022, Cisper aims to continue its involvement in new projects worldwide.
New Partnerships to Expand the Distribution Portfolio
The ultimate goal for Cisper is to expand its UHF RFID offerings. Through new partnerships, the international distributor is able to achieve this goal. In 2021, Cisper established partnerships with STid, SenThys and Teltonika. Industrial traceability solutions from STid, UHF RFID readers and antennas from SensThys and IoT routers, gateways and Bluetooth sensors from Teltonika were added to the comprehensive distribution portfolio at Cisper last year.
In 2022, Cisper has already established its first new partnership with Axzon, a manufacturer of RFID battery-free wireless sensor products. Cisper will continue to form new partnerships with a focus on UHF RFID and BLE products.
“Our product portfolio has a very wide range of IoT products from over 20 unique partners. Products in the portfolio are distinct from one another. We always try to include products that do not overlap with one another. Our focus will remain on UHF RFID for 2022,” explains Leon de Ridder.
