Kathrein Makes Market Entry Easier for its Partners with New Test and Demo Kit
RRU 1400 RFID Reader Plus RFID Antennas and Software Bundle for 799€
KATHREIN Solutions, the manufacturer of RFID hardware for industrial applications, is continuing to extend its partner strategy with a new campaign. With a high-quality test and demo kit, partners should be able to set up RFID readers with powerful functions, test various applications and thus prepare themselves thoroughly to meet customer requirements. The kit, consisting of the RRU 1400 RFID reader, a Smart Shelf antenna, other mid- and wide-range antennas and the associated cables, is supplied with software to set up a variety of applications.

Partners can set up the reader via these applications for their own learning purposes, e.g. as an eKanban shelf solution in production or to track goods in intralogistics. The time-limited offer, which runs until June 30, 2022, is worth 2,000€ and is available for the promotional price of 799€. The aim is to prepare Kathrein partners effectively to start new projects.
The Kathrein Partner Program is designed to offer partners ongoing training. With easy access to new products, the Kathrein test center and the training academy, the aim is to make partners’ competence a central quality feature on the market. With the new test and demo kit, Kathrein is giving its partners the opportunity to simulate applications in test environments and prepare themselves optimally for forthcoming proof of concept phases. Along with the test and demo kit, additional information and a live webinar with Kathrein experts are available to the partner.
RRU 1400 as an On-trend Compact Reader
“We see a demand on the market for small, compact designs for readers that are very versatile. This means they can be fitted directly to machines, for example, but are also suitable for conventional RFID gate applications. Through our high-quality products and the competence of our partners, we want to push forward with further digitization projects,” explains Thomas Heijnen, Head of Marketing & Partner Program, in connection with the aim of the promotion.
The RRU 1400 is also the only RFID reader on the market that meets the requirements of both the European Lower Band and Upper Band in one reader.
