State-of-the-art solutions for logistics based on LoRaWAN
System integrator Mieloo & Alexander became a member of the growing LoRa Alliance network in June 2019 in order to develop state-of-the-art, highly efficient solutions for logistics and other areas.
By participating in the network, the company will be able to offer its customers even more advanced, lean and cost-effective systems based on this technology.
Dirk Nopens, Managing Director of Mieloo & Alexander DACH:
"As a specialist for tracking & tracing, we see many opportunities that the LoRaWAN® offers. In intralogistics, for example, intelligent positioning systems can be set up even over extensive halls and premises, which reduce search times to a minimum."
Nopens continues: "Once the LoRa network has been rolled out throughout Europe, tracking load carriers beyond company borders will no longer be a big issue".
The LoRaWAN specification is a Low Power, Wide Area (LPWA) network protocol that supports cost-effective, secure, bi-directional data transmission in IoT, M2M, industrial applications and others, even over long distances.
