Worum geht es?
An allen Stufen in der Supply Chain kommen Wireless IoT Technologien vermehrt zum Einsatz. Waren werden in der Produktion mit RFID-Tags versehen. Paletten, Kisten und Ladungsträger werden mit Etiketten versehen und können identifiziert werden. Mit RFID und RTLS-Systemen werden Container in Lagern, an Häfen und Flughäfen genau geortet und in Echtzeit nachverfolgt werden.
Mit BLE, AI, und Cloud-Applikationen wird die Authentizität von getaggten Produkten nachgewiesen, mittels Sensoren werden Kühlketten überwacht. RFID wird auf Gabelstaplern und mittels RFID-Gates genutzt und optimiert die Intralogistik, die Produktion und der Warentransport kann optimal geplant werden.
