He brings almost three decades of professional experience in high-tech industries and a wealth of expertise in leading international development teams. His competencies are well matched to the strategic orientation of the company. Software development is a core focal area for Elatec.

Eddy van den Broek’s career spans more than 20 years in strategic management positions in the IT, telecommunications and automotive industries. With his comprehensive knowledge of the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and experience in leading international teams, Elatec gains valuable expertise.

His career has taken him to companies such as ABB, Ericsson, Siemens, Nokia Siemens and Elektrobit (Continental). He has led teams of software developers, integrators and architects. He was responsible for strategic planning and innovation projects as well as the development of customer-specific solutions.
