The HLT Serial RAIN RFID Laundry Transponder is a flexible, tenacious, and heat, pressure, stretching resistant fabric strip-based RFID device that can be inserted or attached directly on textile assets for lifecycle tracking. Any textile assets like flat linen, garments, uniforms, table cloth, wipers and even carpets can be traced and tracked imperceptibly via a unique ID carried in the RFID chip, to realize the digital transparency pf logistics, the distribution for each textile item in an IT system, and and touchless operations for laundry management throughout the soil collection, laundering, and distribution processes of RFID facilities in combination with IT management systems. With a thin, narrow, and soft form factor, the HLT Laundry Tag can be inserted into the smallest flat linen as well as the finest textiles with a no-wear feeling and without being visible.
Alternatively, the HLT Laundry Chip can be heat sealed via ironing, double layer laminated for stitching or packaged in a woven pouch. The HLT Laundry Chip data programming, 2D code printing and color logo print can be based on customer requests. The capacity of mass production is 100k-1,500k pieces per day.
