Highlight of 2022: The HLT Serial Laundry Tag
HUAYUAN has been developing, improving and perfecting its HLT Laundry Tag production line since 2016. All RFID tags push on market undergone hundreds of tests with different designs, structures, materials and craft processing in advance. After several years of continuous development, HLT-RFID Laundry Tags are guarantee withstand 200 industrial laundry cycles, with 30% of the performance weakness after 200 times cycles. The tags can also withstand exposure to various chemicals, detergents, dyes and all industrial laundry processes including sterilization, washing, dewatering, drying and ironing.
The HLT RFID Laundry Tags are designed for the tracking textile assets like linens, uniforms, workwear, mats and mops. HUAYUAN has already sold over tens of millions of these tags in Europe, the USA, Japan, and Australia since 2021. Monthly production volumes currently reach up to five million tags.
Strict Quality Control & Certification
As of February 2022, HUAYUAN’s HLT UHF RFID Laundry Tags have been certified by OEKO-TEX with the Standard 100 Class II Certification. The OEKO-TEX standard 100 label provides a guarantee for the ecological safety of products. Labels with this standard must meet strict requirements to ensure safety of those who come in contact with tagged linen and clothing. With this certification, HUAYUAN ensures customers’ comfort and safety.
