iDTRONIC‘s Industrial Tags: RFID Sleeve Tags!
RFID Sleeve Tags from iDTRONIC are characterised by their robust PA6 nylon housing. The material has a high resistance against aggressive liquids and water immersions. This makes it ideal for use in industrial environments.
The RFID Sleeve Tag was especially developed for the mounting to cables, plastic pipes, or cylindrical containers. The two pre-drilled holes allow the tags to be attached using a wire loop or cable tie.

Compact and slight Design
The RFID Sleeve Tag impresses with a slim and flat design with a height of 0.9 mm. The dimensions of the RFID Tag are compact at 27 × 20.5 mm. The RFID Tag is therefore versatile for applications in industrial 4.0 environments. The RFID Sleeve Tags are available in blue or yellow as standard. On request, the RFID Tags are also available in the following colours: black, red, or green.
Supports a wide range of Transponders and Tags
The RFID Sleeve Tags are available in the RFID Frequencies UHF, HF and LF. The RFID UHF variant supports the Standard EPC Global Gen2 and ISO/IEC 18000-6C with IC Type Higgs® 3. RFID HF supports the Standard ISO 14443 A and ISO 15693.
It captures transponders with chip type: NXP MIFARE® Ultralight, DESFire, Classic, I-Code SLI and NTAG. The RFID LF variant supports the Standard ISO 11784/85 and IC Types: EM4200, NXP Hitag 1, 2, S256 and S2048. The exact reading range depends on the selected RFID frequency and chip type.
Optimal Performance thanks to IP Protection
Thanks to its IP68 protection class, the RFID Sleeve Tag is well protected against water immersion and dust accumulation. The PA6 Nylon housing offers reliable performance and reading stability in demanding environments. It withstands chemicals, aggressive liquids, and fluctuating temperatures from -40 °C to +85 °C.

The RFID Sleeve Tags are available with numerous personalisation options. Optionally we offer a laser engraving with your name or logo. We encode your RFID tags using Standard, NDEF or Crypto-Coding. On request, we deliver the RFID Sleeve Tags with an Excel spreadsheet containing all coding details. The RFID tags can be delivered pre-sorted in the packaging.
