Real time locating services RTLS are based on the localization of load carriers, vehicles, machines, tools or people which are essential for the digital mapping of production and logistics. Different radio technologies can be utilized for RTLS indoors as well as outdoors. These include UWB, RFID, Wi-Fi and LPWAN. Localization accuracy is very high; with UWB technology it is under 30 cm.
