Wireless Sensors
Wireless sensors record physical or chemical properties in their environment such as temperature, humidity, pressure or pH value. The recorded data is transmitted via radio, for example, via RFID, LPWAN, Bluetooth or Wi-Fi. Sensors are used for real-time condition monitoring, for example of waste container fill levels, and allow for an immediate response to deviations or when limits have been reached. Applications include smart city solutions such as waste monitoring, machine condition monitoring and predictive maintenance.
