NXP Semiconductors® will be present at the RFID & Wireless IoT tomorrow VIRTUAL, the virtual event running parallel to the live event in Wiesbaden, Germany, on the 20th and 21st of October.

Optimizing Supply Chains to Tackle Larger Transport Volumes
During the Covid-19 pandemic, the volume of shipped items has increased significantly and is expected to reach between 200 and 300 billion parcels by 2026. The UCODE product family can be used for logistics or inventory control and enable accurate tracking of assets, to provide greater visibility, and to enable greater control of the overall supply chain process.
Items that are equipped with tags that contain UCODE ICs can be identified, located and authenticated. Long read ranges of up to 15 meters and the ability of reading multiple tags at once without line of sight enables efficient inventory management and visibility throughout the supply chain.
High Sensitivity and Security
Key features of UCODE include high sensitivity and low power consumption, which facilitate new types of antennas. In addition, UCODE features cryptographic authentication as well as unique and dynamic data transaction.
