Sascha Päschel, Product Manager RFID, Pepperl+Fuchs comments: "Sensor technology and explosion protection are core competencies. The focus is currently on electromobility, mobile equipment, warehouse and conveyor technology, and material handling."
"Image processing, mobile applications and access automation are also part of the solutions portfolio," says Päschel. "At the beginning of 2022, the Berlin-based company Witt Sensoric GmbH became part of the Pepperl+Fuchs Group. Witt Sensoric specializes in the development and production of safety sensor technology for the gate industry. The market presence for access automation will be further expanded."
New RFID Products Launched on the Market
RFID technology solutions increase traceability and process transparency. With these, the company is represented in almost all industrial sectors.
"With the market launch of the IUT F190 B40 UHF RFID read/write station and the IC-HH51 & IC-HH52 modular handhelds, the RFID portfolio has only recently been expanded," explains Sascha Päschel. "In addition to RFID, Pepperl+Fuchs also offers optical identification processes for barcodes, for example, as a complete solution from a single source."
