IoT Software Integration Platform / Data Capturing

The CrossTalk IoT Suite ensures the efficient implementation of automated logistics processes. The AutoID technologies required for this, such as RFID or RTLS, are seamlessly integrated by CrossTalk into existing back-end systems (e.g. ERP systems) or implemented directly into new applications for the transparent control of material flows.

The modular approach of the software allows for the simple use of new IoT technologies in small goods or container cycles, up to the group-wide productive operation of the systems. Here, the cloud-enabled decentralised concept helps with the seamless monitoring of all devices (device management), as well as the many existing software modules, which can be quickly implemented through template-based customization. This allows our partner to visualize and control material, goods or container flows in real time.

Function Overview CrossTalk 3.4

With the latest version 3.4, CrossTalk has been enhanced with numerous new and improved features.

New Look and Feel

The web user interface has been further separated from the core of the software and has been given a new modern design. This further simplifies the use of the system for the user and customer-specific adjustments to the interface will be possible in the future.

Automated Documentation

With the help of the new "System Documentation App", the entire installation of the software with all applications, configurations, parameters, and settings can be saved to a PDF at the touch of a button. This helps to document the status of a productive installation seamlessly and very easily.

ITS App

The "ITS App" is an important integration module for applications in the area of Intelligent Transportation Systems. The combination of RAIN RFID and intelligent camera solutions (ANPR) for vehicle identification at speeds of up to 220 km/h is thus greatly simplified. The highly secure UCODE DNA technology is supported, which prevents the counterfeiting of RAIN RFID transponders.

Android Support for CrossTalk Mobile

The CrossTalk mobile technology "Mobile Application Framework" was ported to Android. All of the applications already implemented also run in the Android version. As the new devices are usually launched with new hardware (drivers) and a modified screen resolution, adjustments to the applications are necessary.
