SIMATIC RF645T RFID Transponder

Maintenance-free, versatile and uncomplicated

The transponder RF645T is rugged, passive and maintenance-free. It comes with a large 448-bit EPC (Electronic Product Code) and 2.048-bit user memory. It can be mounted directly on any type of metallic surface.

By gluing or fixing using a mounting cover or bracket, it can be used to permanently identify tools or containers. Its read/write range extends up to a distance of six meters. The transponder is ideally suited for use in production, service and logistics in production control, supply chain management and asset management as well as tracking & tracing.

All-round IP65 and IP66 Protected HMI Devices for Operator

Siemens has extended its system family of all-round protected HMI (Human Machine Interface) devices for machine-related, cabinet-free visualization and automation. High-performance Simatic Thin Client PRO operator terminals with 15, 19 and 22 inch screen sizes and all-round IP65 degree of protection are new to the range. Like all devices in the PRO series, the new Thin Clients can be extended by mountable components (extension units) – such as mounting adapter, keyboard tray and keyboard. New expansion options are operator controls with USB interfaces and an extension box with adjustable handles for easy operation of the panels on the machine.
