Manageable investment sum and individual offers - Rinas Gerätetechnik offers coding systems as a lease purchase!
A complete card personalization system is too expensive? That argument no longer holds true: Rinas now offers customers the option of purchasing individually tailored machines as a lease purchase. The investment is split and the barriers to acquisition are significantly reduced. In the same way as all other Rinas machines, the machines are individually configured according to customer requirements and purchased as a complete solution.
The target group: companies that personalize cards as service providers as well as larger corporations where the use of their own machine is an option. With the lease purchase model, we support customers in avoiding high immediate financial investments. All price models are individually "tailored" to the customer, emphasizes Managing Director Armin Rinas.
Tailored to All Customers: Card Personalization Machines from Rinas
With no less than four different coding machines, Rinas focuses on numerous personalization options.
"All Rinas machines are customized and configured – we don't produce off-the-shelf products, but place great value on individualization options to suit the customer. The year 2020 also requires new solutions and approaches in our industry. That is why we are now offering our customers the new cost-effective lease purchase business model, so that our customers can work individually and flexibly," explains Armin Rinas.
Everything Possible from a Single Source: Software Usage and Integration
Rinas Gerätetechnik also offers its customers complete solutions on request – personalization machines including coding and printing modules and the corresponding software.
Customers have a choice of three options: "We can program and integrate complex software systems according to customer requirements. Alternatively, customers can use their own software with our machines. Mixed variants are also possible. Naturally, we discuss the possibilities and advantages individually with each customer," Armin Rinas explains, explaining the usage and integration options.
"For software integration, we look at two different aspects. On the one hand, the customer's requirements must be mapped as best as possible in the programming. On the other, we try to implement the functions as openly as possible so that they can be used – individually or as a package – in other customer solutions. This makes the investment we make for initial development a win-win for our customers and for us as a provider."
Rinas initiated an extensive software development project at the very beginning of 2020. Additional features were added to the existing software and it was expanded in terms of performance. The new features include enhanced user-friendliness, a Graphic User Interface and numerous database connection options.
A Portfolio Highlight: The CS-DOD Coding System
One machine that customers can purchase on a installment plan is the CS-DOD coding system. "The system can personalize and encode different types of cards. In addition, the system has a scanner and a monochrome printer unit. Up to 12,000 cards can be separated per hour – depending on the application, coding, scanning or printing processes.
The printer can print up to 1,200 dots per inch in monochrome, and all common alphanumeric text, bar codes, 2D codes, DataMatrix codes and logos on oil-free surfaces at a rapid speed of up to 30 m/min. The scanner recognizes common barcodes, matrix codes and fonts and is used for data capture or print control," explains Armin Rinas.
