New UHF RFID Loop Tag for Cables, Pipes and Ropes
SIVA IoT has recently announced the release of its new UHF RFID loop tag – the Cintura RFID Loop Tag. Items such as cables, ropes, and tubes that are otherwise difficult to tag, can now be tagged with this new versatile all-surface tag. The Cintura is one of many products that SIVA IoT has been developing throughout the Covid-19 lockdowns in 2021.

Flexible & Durable in the Field
While standard labels are easily detachable and damaged due to inflexibility, the Cintura RFID Loop Tag is specially designed to be applied on rounded assets with curved surfaces.
The Cintura Loop-Tag can be printed and encoded using UHF thermal transfer printers and can be applied on plastic and metallic objects without compromising on its performance.
Applications in Inventory Management and Asset Tracking
Typical applications of the Cintura RFID Loop Tag include inventory management and asset tracking, in particular, the tagging of cables, tubes and ropes. This is particularly useful in industrial and logistics environments.
