Rather than short-term profit, the company’s priority is first and foremost the customer.

Around a hundred qualified employees work every day to fulfil the requirements of our customers, who come from Germany and the whole of Europe, but also from Asia and North America.

Herpa Tech, Herpa Print‘s Swedish-based RFID division, provides customised labelling solutions to customers within healthcare, automotive, apparel, security, cosmetics, and others. With a strong focus on healthcare, the company not only offers RFID products but also stick-to-skin applications.

Conception and implementation of RFID solutions

herpa print supplies transponder tags and supports its customers - in cooperation with reputable, experienced partners - in design, project management and comprehensive advice roles, including feasibility and economic considerations. herpa print focuses on the use of passive 13.56 MHz and 868 MHz frequencies.

These are designed for use at the product level (13.56 MHz) and are suitable for pallet labeling (868 MHz) and thus provide the perfect complement to the company‘s core business. Since November 2007, RFID transponders from herpa print control the production of the cockpit for the BMW 3 Series at the component supplier Rectitel.

At the Swedish facility, Herpa Tech also has a medical clean room capability enabling the company to offer clean-room-made RFID tags for special procedures with clean clothes and routines for the healthcare industry. These tags are produced in a controlled environment ensuring the highest hygiene standards.
