Prof. Dr. Alexander Pflaum provides expertise and know-how of the latest research from the Fraunhofer Institute for Integrated Circuits IIS on digital transformation processes. These processes include the integration of technologies such as positioning technologies (UWB/BLE), camera-based self-learning methods, inductive near-field positioning, mobile ad-hoc networks, IoT platforms and semantic web technologies.
The expert lecture will provide in-depth insights into areas of the digital transformation process for companies in the fields of transportation, commissioning, manufacturing and quality assurance. The challenges and solutions of these will be discussed in the lecture.
