12 Dec 2023 - Real-Time Visibility of Assets in Hospitals

What Can ''AI in the Hospital'' Achieve?

  • Intelligent creation and processing of medical documents
  • AI-powered health data analytics for diagnostics
  • Voice interfaces for contactless and sterile communication at the computer workstation

The SmartHospital.NRW Research Project Aims to Be Sustainable

All hospitals should benefit from the research results. Therefore, a transferable process model that can be applied to hospitals with different degrees of digitization will be used. This way, even smaller medical facilities can implement the solutions and technologies.

The developed applications and prototypes will be presented to the public in the showroom at Universitätsmedizin Essen and further possible applications in other hospitals will be evaluated.
