Thin but Rugged – The SlimLine A5010 Circular Polarized Antenna
The Times-7 industry leading ultra-low-profile design is available in a compact 250mm/10-inch square footprint. IP67 rated for permanent outdoor use, the circularly polarized A5010 creates a new benchmark for multi-purpose UHF RFID antennas.
An integrated reflection protection guarantees continuous high reading performance when using the antenna in environments where metal and metallic objects are present. The A5010 is designed to support either flush or VESA mount.
veRFIDa! Combining the Best from Two Worlds
Large RFID enabled distribution centers use high performing RFID tunnels with great throughput to verify packed goods before they can be processed and shipped. These tunnels are expensive, require a lot of real estate and a large set-up of technical resources. Thereby making them unsuitable for small warehouses and retail back offices.
Alternative fixed reader solutions, using single multi-patch antenna arrays, are smaller and cheaper. However, they struggle to achieve the performance of a tunnel using 4 high gain multi-patch array antennas in different orientations.
