Official Permit for the RFID & Wireless IoT tomorrow 2020

A Leap Towards a New Reality!

The corona pandemic has strongly influenced and changed the year 2020 in all sectors. The social and economic lockdown has far-reaching consequences. Every country in the world is struggling to return to normality – or better said, to create a new reality. Trade fairs and business trips across Europe have already been canceled since March. Companies are trying to maintain a presence with virtual formats to cushion declining sales.

Official permission for the RFID & Wireless IoT tomorrow 2020 on October 27th & 28th in Darmstadt near Frankfurt, Germany has been granted.

#WIOTtomorrow20 Will Be a Reality!

The RFID & Wireless IoT tomorrow 2020 team has done everything possible since the beginning of the crisis to ensure that the conference trade fair will become a reality, as a live exhibition with digital services. Steps towards this goal included the optimization of the hall layout and booth plans, along with the safety concept. Priority is given to the health of those present and the avoidance of hazards.

Official Permission Has Been Granted

This week, we received the official special permit to hold the RFID & Wireless IoT tomorrow 2020 on October 27th and 28th. This is a huge step towards a new reality. The event will be different compared to 2019, but according to current plannings, it will be the only RFID & Wireless IoT event in 2020. We are currently planning to have 650 participants and 60 exhibitors on-site. The objective: Business initiation, knowledge transfer, and networking.

"We are very pleased with the explicit and binding approval of the City of Darmstadt for the RFID & Wireless IoT tomorrow 2020! The safety concept has convinced the decision makers. We are off to a flying start!" – Anja Van Bocxlaer, Conference Manager at RFID & Wireless IoT tomorrow.

What do the Exhibitors Say?

"For Kathrein, the RFID & Wireless IoT tomorrow is the leading exhibition in the European region. Year after year, the quality of the participating companies and the top-class visitors show us the relevance of this event. The exhibition combined with excellent conferences is the best place for all topics concerning RFID & IoT." – Emre Gürbüz, Kathrein Solutions, July 2020

21 Oct 2021 - A Successful End to #wiottomorrow21

“For the past years, the RFID & Wireless IoT tomorrow has been the leading networking and business event for the RFID industry. As HID Global, powering the trusted identities of the world’s people, places and things via contactless technologies, we are looking forward to plenty of interesting discussions and presentations in the 2020 event.” – Richard Aufreiter, HID Global, July 2020

“Logopak will take part in the RFID & Wireless IoT tomorrow this year as in past years. It is very positive that the conference has enjoyed a steady growth over the years, becoming a premier RFID event for networking with solution providers and potential end-users.” – Lars Thuring, Logopak, July 2020

"For us, RFID & Wireless IoT tomorrow has established itself as the RFID event of the year. The combination of expert presentations and exhibition is unique in this industry in Europe. The opportunity to experience solutions in the form of a practice-oriented expert lecture and then to find the optimum products for the respective application in a consultation at the exhibition booth has not only convinced us, as exhibitors, but also the visitors who come from all over the world. The entire organization team has always provided us with outstanding support in the preparation of the exhibition and the presentations, and the modern event location 'darmstadium' is a perfect fit for the innovative RFID industry." – Simon Arch, AEG ID, July 2020

The Conference Will Take Place on October 27th & 28th

The preliminary program of the RFID & Wireless IoT tomorrow 2020 will be published on August 14th. We ask for your kind understanding that we will not offer participant accreditation until September. According to the current state of planning and information, on-site accreditation will probably not be possible.
