Founded in 2006, the Chinese company Xiamen Innov Information Science & Technology Co. Ltd, or Xminnov for short, began manufacturing printed circuit boards. This was followed in 2011 by the establishment of an RFID division. Since then, the company has focused on the development and manufacture of anti-counterfeit and anti-tamper RFID products for security solutions. RFID tags, labels and readers are part of the product portfolio.

Customized In-House Development and Production
Research and development work as well as production takes place in the Xminnov IOT Industrial Park in the southeastern Chinese megacity of Xiamen. The industrial park has production facilities, test laboratories and machines for product personalization. At the Xiamen site, more than 5 subsidiaries manufacture products such as patented adhesives, printed circuit boards and aluminum or copper antennas for the RFID division.
The result: High vertical integration and in-house quality control of all end and intermediate products. The products are protected by almost 100 patents and are 100 percent adapted to customer-specific security requirements. Up to Two millions RFID tags can be produced per day.
RFID Products Applicable Across Industries
The product variety of on-metal RFID tags, LED tags, sensor tags and RFID security tags is part of the company's strategy to offer cross-industry solutions and to address a particularly large number of markets. The fastest lead time for the custom-made products is just two hours.

Xminnov is involved in international projects for which the company designs security and track and trace solutions. Numerous projects have already been implemented in North and South America, Europe and Asia. The products used in these projects are tested and certified according to ISO standards.
"Xminnov does not focus its offering on one market, but provides security solutions tailored to individual customer requirements internationally," emphasizes Cathy Zheng.
