The Overmolded Brick Metal Tag-PPS is a RAIN RFID (UHF) tag built with PPS, a tough engineering plastic, making it deliver optimum performance under extreme working conditions or chemical exposure. This IP68-rated RFID tag serves well on metal surface and offers enhanced resistance against acids, chemicals, shock, vibration, and high temperatures (autoclave sterilization process in particular). The rugged tag is available in a screw (M3 type) mount package with options for industrial-grade adhesive or zip tie mounting to minimize installation time. Fully molded with NXP UCode 8, this tag delivers superior long reading distance and guarantee durability to answer every use case.
