#wiottomorrow21: Infrafon Process Digitalization – When BYOD Doesn’t Fit
At the RFID & Wireless IoT tomorrow 2021 on October 20th and 21st, the startup Infrafon GmbH from Freiburg, Germany, will present a novel system that makes it possible to temporarily provide public users with an intelligent smart badge. For example, patients and staff at a hospital can use the device to replace a smartphone they bring with them (BYOD), use it to interactively manage appointments and messages, and even control locking systems or elevators based on rules.
Visit booth #18 at the RheinMain CongressCenter Wiesbaden on October 20th and 21st to learn more about Infrafon. Infrafon is also represented in the conference program with the presentation "Infrafon Process Digitalization - When BYOD Doesn't Fit": CEO Frieder Hansen will talk about application possibilities and Infrafon's special security features on October 21st at 15:10 CEST.
The credit card-sized ePaper device establishes secure connectivity to WiFi, BLE, LTE-M and LoRa infrastructure. A robotic self-service dispensing kiosk configures and personalizes the devices during automated dispensing; a user need only and can only follow instructions on the display to experience an efficient digital journey. The Freiburg-based company is looking for contact with ISV cooperation partners from the fields of NFC home control, hospital or building management at the RFID & Wireless IoT tomorrow 2021.
