Efficiency From Logopak
For Logopak, increasing efficiency and sustainability are two closely linked concepts. "Machines that work efficiently achieve maximum productivity with minimum wasted effort or cost," explains Lars Thuring, Senior Manager Strategy & Product Management at Logopak. "It's the same when a person is efficiently organized and competent. That's the kind of sustainability we've always practiced. " Logopak demonstrated this at its booth at the Wireless IoT tomorrow 23 with a labeling system and an innovative software suite.
Sustainable Labeling with the Logomatic 400 T RFID Labeling System
Logopak has unveiled the Logomatic 400 T RFID labeling system. It is suitable for direct thermal and thermal transfer printing processes. Labels in widths of 110 mm and 156 mm can be processed on this type of system – both direct thermal and thermal transfer is supported. RAIN RFID and hybrid labels are encoded & printed to be positioned accurately on the required position(s). The labels contains local data or data received in real time via Ethernet, high-speed RS232 interface or optionally via Profibus or Profinet connection. A multilingual touchscreen display is available for operation by an operator when required.
The PID 3SIXTY Software Suite
Logopak demonstrated the PID 3SIXTY software on an additional monitor on the labeling system. PID 3SIXTY is one of the most modern software products for product labeling. Print jobs and data for the entire labeling process can be managed easily and effortlessly. State-of-the-art, user-centered and future-proof, the PID 3SIXTY takes care of every individual product labeling process as an out-of-the-box software solution. The innovative software suite is able to control the entire process bidirectionally. This means that the PID 3SIXTY not only sends data to the devices, but also analyzes the data from the devices for performance statistics and machine status.
