Think WIOT Day on Feb 17: LPP Presents successful RFID Rollout

RFID Rollout in +1,200 Stores!

Alexander Yashin, RFID Expert and Agata Mielewczyk, RFID Program Manager at LPP will talk about the successful rollout and the next steps on February 17th on the Think WIOT Day "Knowledge for Retailers"!

LPP's flagship brand – Reserved – was the first to be included in the RFID rollout. Currently, the expansion to three more brands – Mohito, Cropp and House – is taking place. A total of more than 1,200 stores will then be integrated. LPP relies on reusable RFID hard tags for identification, which are applied directly to the garments during production in the approximately 500 supplier factories.

LPP reports live on the optimized internal supply chain processes, increasing sales figures and reduced checkout times. Join the livestream conference on February 17th to learn more!

Control and Localize Inventory at the Store Level

With RFID integration, all merchandise in the store is localized and monitored. Inventory processes are accelerated, reorders are automated, and waiting times at the point of sale are reduced.

Replenishment orders can be requested from the distribution warehouse in real time. Employees replenish backstores in a targeted manner. All inventory data is collected via cloud. In parallel, tagged goods are protected against theft and shrinkage.

Source Tagging with EAS/RFID Hard Tags

The reusable RFID hard tags can be circulated up to six times. After the sale, the hard tags are removed, inspected, repaired or replaced and sent to the more than 500 production sites for re-source tagging. More than 100 million UHF RFID-enabled hard tags are already in use.

Smart Retail: BOPIS & Omnichannel-Services

Moreover RFID allowed to make a successful launch of fulfillment from stores operations that is being rolled out globally. Online orders can be sent directly from the store. The separate inventories of brick-and-mortar retail and e-commerce will be eliminated, and costs will be reduced.
