"Many companies are facing the challenge of transferring the initial approaches to digitization to production and logistics. Transparency is the core requirement here, for example to bring processes, statuses, usage times or location information into a meaningful context in order to avoid errors and leverage existing potential," knows Peter Feldmann. The Auto-ID expert has many years of experience in RFID-supported process optimization, including load carrier and rack management.
"Modular production with dynamically changing manufacturing cells or zone-based recording of certain business transactions are typical applications in the industrial environment," Feldmann continues.
