2 in 1: Labelling and Load Securing of Pallets
The Logomatic 920 PSCK cord labelling system from Logopak is an innovative labelling solution for load-stable pallets that completes two work steps in one go: pallets with packed goods that have solid, smooth and straight surfaces can be both secured as a load and labelled without leaving any residue – by simply applying the labels to the securing cord. Reusable containers such as beverage and vegetable crates, small load carriers or plastic order-picking containers can be reused immediately because no material or adhesive residues have to be removed.

Logopak is presenting the cord labelling system at the drinktec, 12 – 16 September 2022 in Munich – Hall B4, Stand 308.
In addition, the Logomatic 920 PSCK cord labelling system makes an important contribution to greater sustainability by replacing plastic film for load securing with a reusable securing cord made from recycled textile fibres. Moreover, the use of linerless labels with FSC certification avoids any waste of backing material and minimises the CO2 footprint of the labelling technology.
Designed for High Pallet Output
With the Logomatic 920 PSCK cord labelling system, it is currently possible to secure and label up to 120 pallets per hour. Labels can be applied on up to three sides, and it takes less than ten seconds to print and apply a label. The label is attached to the cord in such a way that the adhesive sides adhere to each other.
High Flexibility, Code Checking and Residual Pallet Handling Integrated
In order to be able to secure and label the pallets in the desired position, the Logomatic 920 PSCK cord labelling system has an infinitely variable height adjustment. The reliable identifiability of the pallets along the supply chains is ensured by a 100% check of the NVE and, if necessary, other codes for readability directly at the label applicator. If codes and clear texts are found to be critical, a replacement label is generated immediately. When pallets that are not fully loaded reach the labelling station, the operator can enter the number of packs manually via the labeller’s touch display in the residual pallet mode.
